PRODUCT CARE
Our products
are made by hand, by artisans, with the use of, at times, very delicate materials including silk, feathers, and yarns. The feathers are delicate and can be caught on things, so please note we are aware of their sensitive behavior so we ask that you treat them extra special. Just like caring for anything you love, we ask that you handle your purchase with love and care, placing them back in the dustbags provided once you have come home for the day.

Our leather. The nature of our leather is a very worn in, scratchy distressed look that’s been semi-vegetable tanned to look and feel vintage. Our leather is purposely treated to look worn, aged and weathered. There are natural scratches and imperfections built into the leather. This is how we want it. The more you use your bag, the more the leather will become worn in, scratched and comfortable. Please note this is part of the products characteristics that we love and are part of our brand. We believe the longer you have something you love the better it looks.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can be redeemed during checkout. You may use only one discount code at a time. Your credit card will only be charged if a balance remains on the order. Only the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded in case of a return.

SALES TAX
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shopping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the states of NY. Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout by zip code. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.

ORDER STATUS
You will receive email confirmation at the time you place your order. Each time your order is updated or your order status changes, you will be sent notification by email.

MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. At this point your order status will be updated to "shipped" and you can track your package by visiting UPS.com and providing the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
