RETURN/REFUND POLICY
  • If you are not satisfied for any reason we will provide a full refund within 10 DAYS from date shipped, minus 20% donation that was given on your behalf to charity. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Email us at RETURNS@TRADEBYGINALAMORTE.COM to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  • Purchases with a Return Authorization number will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
  • If not shipped within the 10 days of when the RA is issued, said RA will be voided.
  • We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
  • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

EXCHANGES

  • At this time we can offer an equal exchange if the item you received is damaged.
  • We offer free shipping on your damaged exchange item(s), which will be shipped to you via UPS ground.
  • * if you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we can offer an exchange in the same dollar amount to you within 30 days, minus the donation, plus shipping and handling.
  • Email us at RETURNS@TRADEBYGINALAMORTE.COM to provide your order information.
  • You will be issued a Return Authorization Number and a UPS Return Shipping label.
  • Follow below return instructions in order to ship out your original product.
  • Once your return has been received back in our distribution center, a new item will be shipped.
  • Please note exchanges are subject to availability.
